Andrea Milne received her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Michigan in 2010 and is the owner and lead project manager of Dovetail Projects, LLC. She has managed contracts with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, AARP, Institute of Transportation Engineers, American Public Health Association, as well as small non-profit organizations, engineering companies, and local municipalities.
